Bij Dokter Bosman Amsterdam kom je terecht in een betrokken en enthousiast team waar je jezelf inhoudelijk kunt blijven ontwikkelen en waar collega's graag met elkaar meedenken. We vinden het belangrijk dat er ruimte is voor een goed gesprek over cliënten, maar net zo goed voor een praatje tijdens de lunch of een borrel na het werk. Als GZ-psycholoog ben jij regiebehandelaar voor cliënten binnen de specialistische GGZ. Je behandelt cliënten met uiteenlopende, vaak complexe hulpvragen en krijgt veel ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten. Vind je het leuk om je vast te bijten in complexe diagnostiek, bijvoorbeeld bij persoonlijkheidsproblematiek of trauma? Dan zit je bij ons op je plek. Heb je daarnaast affiniteit met jongvolwassenen, dan is een combinatie met ons JOVO-team zeker mogelijk. Je behandelt zowel individueel als in groepsverband en werkt met behandelmethoden zoals ACT, cognitieve gedragstherapie (CGT), EMDR, traumabehandeling en interpersoonlijke therapie. Ook het begeleiden van collega's, bijvoorbeeld werkbegeleiding, maakt deel uit van je functie. Waar het kan, maken we gebruik van blended care en Therapieland om de behandeling nog beter aan te laten sluiten bij de cliënt. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team met veel kennis en ervaring. Je werkt samen met drie psychiaters, GZ-psychologen, psychotherapeuten, masterpsychologen, GIOP, PioG's, coaches en 2 stagiaires. Die diversiteit aan expertise zorgt ervoor dat je altijd kunt sparren met collega's vanuit verschillende invalshoeken.
