H-manager (Hiërarchisch leidinggevende) 's-Hertogenbosch Voor de Provincie Noord-Brabant is FlexIntens op zoek naar een H-manager (Hiërarchisch leidinggevende) voor 32-36 uur per week. Deze opdracht is ter tijdelijke invulling van twee vacatures van H-manager binnen het portfolio bedrijfsvoering: programma Menselijk Kapitaal (MK) en programma Bedrijfsvoering, Beleid & Advies (BBA). In je rol als H-manager werk je nauw samen met de programmamanager die de inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het programma. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 70 medewerkers verdeeld over meerdere teams. Deze teams worden inhoudelijk aangestuurd door de teamleiders. Als H-manager vertaal jij de ambities en doelen van het programma middels strategische personeelsplanning (SPP) door naar wat dit betekent voor de teams en medewerkers. Nu en in de toekomst. Met SPP als uitgangspunt voer je vervolgens regie op in, door, en uitstroom van medewerkers. Je begeleidt medewerkers bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het ontdekken en benutten van hun talenten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan hiernaast onder andere uit: - Het voeren van ontwikkelgesprekken met medewerkers binnen jouw programma; - Beoordelingsgesprekken; - Teamontwikkeling; - Frequent overleg met programmamanager en teamleiders; - Frequent overleg met jouw P&O adviseur; - Het voeren van sollicitatie- en selectiegesprekken; - Casemanager bij verzuim; - Verzuimpreventie. We kunnen onze opdrachten alleen succesvol realiseren als onze professionals de ruimte hebben, als we inzetten op een optimale en brede inzetbaarheid en als we uitgaan van hun talenten en passies. Dan herken je vitale medewerkers. Uiteindelijk levert iedere medewerker binnen de provincie een directe bijdrage aan de maatschappelijke opgaven waar wij als provincie aan werken.
