Die Landeshauptstadt Bregenz bietet ab sofort folgendes Stellenangebot: 1 Hafenverwaltung und Hafenmeister:in (m/w/d) Die städtischen Häfen sind wichtige Orte für Freizeit, Begegnung und Tourismus. Als Hafenverwalter:in verbinden Sie organisatorisches Geschick mit technischem Verständnis und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Hafenbetrieb. Von der Vergabe der Liegeplätze und der Betreuung von Kund:innen bis hin zu Hafenmeistertätigkeiten gestalten Sie den Betrieb aktiv mit und tragen dazu bei, dass die Häfen der Landeshauptstadt Bregenz attraktive und gut betreute Orte am Bodensee bleiben.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortung des technischen Facility Managements: Erfassung der Pläne von städtischen Liegenschaften, Durchführung von Updates sowie Erarbeitung einer einheitlichen Protokollierung

* Verwaltung der städtischen Häfen: Vergabe von Liegeplätzen und Vorschreibung von Entgelten, Führen der Hafenmeister:innen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Normen

* Koordinierung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Prozessen

* Kontakt zu Kund:innen, Behörden und Unternehmen

* Teilnahme an Sitzungen und Ausschüssen

* Hafenmeistertätigkeiten in den Sommermonaten: Unterhalts- und Reinigungsarbeiten, Kontrolle und Betreuung der Fixliegeplätze, Zuweisung von Gastliegeplätzen, Führung der Kasse und Einzahlung der Gelder (Nächtigungsgebühren Gästeliegeplätze)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura) in Kombination mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

* Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis sowie sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt

* Persönlichkeit, die jederzeit lösungsorientiert handelt und ein hohes Konfliktlösungspotenzial mitbringt

* Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft für Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätze während der Sommermonate

Die Stelle ist in der Gehaltsklasse 9 eingereiht. Laut Gehaltsschema des Gemeindeangestelltengesetzes 2005 beträgt das Monatsbruttogehalt abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und der abgeschlossenen Ausbildung mind. 3.168,05 Euro auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
