Werk jij graag aan grote constructies en haal je voldoening uit het samenstellen van volledige machines? Ben je een vakman die trots is op zijn laswerk en graag technische plannen tot leven brengt? Dan kan deze functie als halfautomaat lasser precies zijn waar je naar op zoek bent.

Voor een gespecialiseerde speler binnen de machinebouw zoeken we een ervaren halfautomaat lasser die graag werkt aan unieke, klantspecifieke projecten. Dit familiebedrijf ontwerpt, bouwt en installeert machines voor uiteenlopende sectoren zoals kunststofverwerking, bouwmaterialen, farma en recyclage. Elk project is anders, waardoor je voortdurend werkt aan nieuwe technische uitdagingen.

Binnen deze organisatie staat vakmanschap centraal. Je werkt in een moderne en goed uitgeruste werkplaats waar grotere constructies en complete machines worden opgebouwd. Geen repetitief seriewerk, maar maatwerk waarbij jouw technische inzicht en laservaring echt tot hun recht komen.

Ben jij iemand die graag werkt aan stevige constructies, technische plannen nauwkeurig vertaalt naar een afgewerkt geheel en trots wil zijn op het eindresultaat? Dan is deze functie als halfautomaat lasser absoluut het bekijken waard.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als halfautomaat lasser sta je in voor het samenlassen van de verschillende onderdelen van complete machines en constructies op maat van de klant
  • Daarnaast werk je aan grotere mechanische constructies waarbij nauwkeurig planlezen essentieel is om elk project correct op te bouwen
  • Verder voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit op je eigen laswerk zodat elk afgewerkt onderdeel voldoet aan de vooropgestelde normen
  • Ook krijg je, indien gewenst, de mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan de montage van de machines die je zelf hebt gelast
  • Samen met jouw collega’s in de werkplaats werk je aan unieke projecten waarbij technisch inzicht en vakmanschap centraal staan
  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma op A2- of A3-niveau binnen mechanica, lassen of metaalbewerking, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring
  • Daarnaast kan je terugkijken op minstens vijf jaar ervaring als halfautomaat lasser, bij voorkeur binnen constructie- of machinebouw
  • Verder kan je technische plannen nauwkeurig lezen en interpreteren, waarbij mechanisch inzicht noodzakelijk is om constructies correct op te bouwen
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften en samenwerking op de werkvloer
  • Ervaring met TIG-lassen of attesten voor heftruck, rolbrug of hoogtewerker vormen een mooie troef
