Wil jij als halfautomaatlasser meewerken aan hoogwaardige onderdelen voor internationale vrachtwagenconstructeurs binnen een technisch sterke productieomgeving?

Deze internationale speler binnen de automotive sector specialiseert zich in metaalverwerking en industriële productie voor grote OEM-klanten wereldwijd. Vanuit de vestiging in regio Erpe-Mere produceert het bedrijf kwalitatieve onderdelen voor de grotere, gekende merken.

Binnen de productieomgeving staan kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en technische expertise centraal. Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense werkomgeving waar samenwerking, vakmanschap en technische kennis sterk gewaardeerd worden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als halfautomaatlasser werk je mee aan diverse lasconstructies binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor het op maat samenstellen, lassen en afwerken van metalen onderdelen volgens technische plannen en kwaliteitsvereisten
  • Verder combineer je manueel halfautomaat lassen met het bedienen van een lasrobot, afhankelijk van het type project en productieorder
  • Samen met jouw collega’s bewaak je de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte stukken en werk je nauwkeurig volgens de geldende productienormen
  • Tot slot controleer je jouw werk met meetinstrumenten en hou je rekening met veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften binnen de productieomgeving
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een technische opleiding lassen, metaalbewerking of kan terugkijken op relevante praktijkervaring als halfautomaatlasser
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring met halfautomaat lassen en kan je technische plannen correct interpreteren binnen een productiecontext
  • Verder beschik je over technisch inzicht, kan je nauwkeurig meten met onder andere een schuifmaat en heb je een basiskennis pc-gebruik
  • Tot slot spreek je vlot Nederlands om veiligheidsinstructies correct te begrijpen en goed samen te werken binnen het productieteam
