FUNCTIE

  • Zorgen voor de analyse en behandeling van aanvragen voor sociale bijstand, rekening houdend met het wettelijk kader en de interne richtlijnen;
  • De persoon die een beroep doet op het OCMW correcte en kwalitatieve informatie verstrekken om hem/haar indien nodig door te verwijzen;
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en rechtvaardige sociale opvolging door actief te luisteren, het beroepsgeheim te respecteren en rekening te houden met de situatie van de persoon;
  • Proactief en flexibel zijn in uw werk en in uw persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
  • Zorgen voor informatie en samenwerking met de verschillende diensten.
  • De referentiepersoon zijn voor ILA-bewoners en hen bij hun aankomst in het OCMW informeren over hun rechten en plichten door middel van een eerste volledige anamnese;
  • Individuele ondersteuning bieden aan ILA-bewoners door middel van hoogwaardige psychosociale opvang en begeleiding bij hun verschillende stappen, met name op het gebied van medische follow-up, het zoeken naar huisvesting, asielprocedures, budgetbegeleiding, voorschotaanvragen, enz., waarbij de vaardigheden en het unieke karakter van de bewoners worden benadrukt;
  • Begeleiding van aanvragers van internationale bescherming door middel van integratieoplossingen, waaronder scholing, taalonderwijs, sociale en culturele activiteiten, diverse opleidingen, enz.;
  • Administratieve opvolging van vluchtelingenkandidaten, beheer van aanvragen voor dringende medische hulp en vorderingen;
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van Iriscare-rapporten;
  • Actief deelnemen aan de door FEDASIL georganiseerde inter-ILA-besprekingen en -vergaderingen, een netwerk van partners onderhouden in verband met de problemen die zich voordoen, namelijk het RIZIV, het AVIQ, ziekenhuizen en apotheken, enz.

PROFIEL

  • U beschikt verplicht over een bachelor van maatschappelijke assistent(e);
  • U hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • U bent vertrouwd met de wet betreffende het recht op maatschappelijke integratie van 26/05/2002, de organieke wet van de OCMW’s van 08/07/1976 en de wet 02/04/1965 betreffende het ten laste nemen van de steun verleend door de openbare centra voor maatschappelijk welzijn;
  • U toont oprechte belangstelling voor de problematiek van asielzoekers en bent gevoelig voor het thema immigratie;
  • U bent in staat om de meest gangbare IT-tools te gebruiken;
  • U hebt goede analytische en samenvattende vaardigheden en goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk);
  • U handelt in overeenstemming met de normen van goed vakmanschap en respecteert de vertrouwelijkheidsregels die specifiek zijn voor je functie;
  • U luistert, toont empathie en bent oplossingsgericht;
  • U bent nauwgezet, autonoom en dynamisch;
  • U beheerst het Frans en/of Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en bent idealiter in het bezit van het SELOR-taalcertificaat of bereid om dit te behalen.
