Voor onze vastgoed- en renovatieactiviteiten zoeken wij een halftijds werkvoorbereider die instaat voor de praktische en administratieve voorbereiding van diverse renovatieprojecten.

Je werkt nauw samen met aannemers, leveranciers, architecten en andere betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed voorbereid en ingepland kunnen worden.

Jouw taken

•⁠ ⁠Opmetingen uitvoeren op locatie

•⁠ ⁠Ramen en deuren inmeten en voorbereiden voor bestelling

•⁠ ⁠Offertes aanvragen, vergelijken en opvolgen

•⁠ ⁠Bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers

•⁠ ⁠Nieuwe leveranciers en geschikte materialen zoeken

•⁠ ⁠Levertermijnen opvolgen

•⁠ ⁠Planning van de verschillende werkzaamheden opmaken en bewaken

•⁠ ⁠Aannemers contacteren en werkzaamheden inplannen

•⁠ ⁠Overleg voeren met aannemers bij de opstart van werken

•⁠ ⁠Controleren of plannen, materialen en technische informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn

•⁠ ⁠Praktische opvolging van lopende renovatiewerken

•⁠ ⁠Eventuele vergunningsaanvragen mee voorbereiden en opvolgen

Jouw profiel

•⁠ ⁠Je hebt technisch inzicht en affiniteit met bouw of renovatie

•⁠ ⁠Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, projectopvolger, werfleider, schrijnwerker of in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus

•⁠ ⁠Je kunt nauwkeurig opmetingen uitvoeren

•⁠ ⁠Je werkt zelfstandig en georganiseerd

•⁠ ⁠Je kunt verschillende projecten en werkzaamheden tegelijk opvolgen

•⁠ ⁠Je communiceert vlot met aannemers en leveranciers

•⁠ ⁠Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
