GO! Horizon Pro³ & Passtel uit Aalst is op zoek naar een halftijdse klasondersteuner voor onze afdeling Pro³, binnen OV3 – Basis Organisatie en Logistiek.

Ben jij iemand die graag met jongeren werkt, sterk is in begeleiden en ondersteunen en mee wil zorgen voor een veilige, gestructureerde en aangename leeromgeving? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Wat houdt de opdracht in?

Als klasondersteuner ondersteun je de leerkrachten en leerlingen binnen OV3. Je werkt mee aan een krachtige leeromgeving waarin leerlingen op hun eigen tempo kunnen groeien naar meer zelfstandigheid.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • het ondersteunen van de leerkracht tijdens de lessen;
  • het individueel of in kleine groep begeleiden van leerlingen;
  • leerlingen helpen bij praktische en organisatorische opdrachten;
  • ondersteuning bieden bij het aanleren en uitvoeren van schoolse en praktische vaardigheden;
  • mee zorgen voor structuur, rust en veiligheid in de klas en tijdens activiteiten;
  • leerlingen stimuleren in hun zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin;
  • inspelen op de individuele noden en mogelijkheden van leerlingen;
  • samenwerken met de leerkrachten en het bredere schoolteam;
  • bijdragen aan een positief en veilig schoolklimaat.

Binnen de richting Basis Organisatie en Logistiek ligt de nadruk sterk op praktische vaardigheden en het voorbereiden van leerlingen op een zo zelfstandig mogelijke toekomst en/of tewerkstelling.

  • geduldig, rustig en positief is in de omgang met leerlingen;
  • leerlingen op een duidelijke en consequente manier kan begeleiden;
  • praktisch ingesteld is en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt;
  • oog heeft voor de individuele mogelijkheden en ondersteuningsnoden van leerlingen;
  • goed kan samenwerken met collega's;
  • flexibel is en initiatief durft te nemen;
  • zich kan vinden in de visie en werking van het buitengewoon secundair onderwijs.

Ervaring binnen het buitengewoon onderwijs of met leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften is een pluspunt.
