In het kort: Je gaat toezicht houden op naleving van milieuregelgeving, vergunningen controleren, overtredingen onderzoeken, rapportages opstellen, meldingen afhandelen en je kennis actief delen met en overdragen aan minder ervaren collega-handhavers. Binnen het team Handhaving & Data zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere vaste collega’s. Als voorloper hierop zijn wij op zoek naar een tijdelijke Handhaver. Wij hopen dat deze persoon de kennis en ervaring mee brengt om de (nieuwe) minder ervaren medewerkers te begeleiden en verder op te leiden. Werkzaamheden - Toezicht houden op de naleving van de regels uit de waterschapsverordening, de Omgevingswet en andere relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Controleren van vergunningen en meldingen en beoordelen of werkzaamheden volgens de gestelde voorwaarden worden uitgevoerd; - Signaleren en onderzoeken van overtredingen, zoals illegale lozingen, werkzaamheden zonder vergunning of beschadiging van waterkeringen; - Opstellen van rapportages, toezichtsverslagen (en processen-verbaal) bij geconstateerde overtredingen; - Voeren van gesprekken met inwoners, agrariërs, aannemers en bedrijven over regelgeving en naleving; - Afhandelen van meldingen en klachten van inwoners over waterbeheer, illegale activiteiten of mogelijke overtredingen; - Je deelt jouw kennis en kunde met minder ervaren medewerkers. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Opleidingsachtergrond in milieukunde, civiele techniek of vergelijkbaar. Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Digivaardig; - Werkervaring bij een waterschap of als handhaver; - Ervaring met zaaksystemen is een pre; - Ervaring met begeleiden/coachen van minder ervaren medewerkers is een pré.
