Als handhavingsjurist binnen het team Veiligheid speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van wettelijke naleving en het bevorderen van een rechtvaardig en georganiseerd proces bij Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH). Je combineert inhoudelijke juridische kennis met praktisch beleid en advies. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder ander uit: - Werken aan handhavingszaken op het gebied van bouw, ruimtelijke ordening, milieu, brandveiligheid, APV en openbare orde en veiligheid. - Begeleiden van handhavingszaken, adviseren over juridische vraagstukken en coördineren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. - Adviseren over VTH- en handhavingsbeleid en het vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar juridisch houdbare en uitvoerbare kaders voor de praktijk. - Afstemmen en samenwerken met toezichthouders en externe instanties bij controles en het treffen van passende maatregelen. - Adviseren en onderhouden van contact met wethouders, collega's, inwoners en externe partners over uiteenlopende diverse VTH-zaken. Of het nu gaat om een informatieverzoek, een beleidsregel of een verzoek om handhaving: jij ziet de juridische én bestuurlijke impact. - Samenwerkend en verbindend: als handhavingsjurist ben je de schakel tussen beleid, uitvoering en juridische kaders. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen verschillende afdelingen en belangen, en weet complexe juridische thema's helder over te brengen. Je stemt moeiteloos af met collega's uit uiteenlopende vakgebieden en weet samenwerking te stimuleren.
