Handler Tussen €3.028 en €3.587 Per maand Beschrijving Als handler in Duiven werk je 40 uur in 3 ploegen in een groot warehouse. Je weekenden zijn vrij en nationale feestdagen zijn vrij én doorbetaald. Functieomschrijving Als handler werk je in ons grote warehouse in Duiven, waar het logistieke proces de hele dag doorloopt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat pakketten en zendingen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je bent als handler bezig met laden en lossen, scannen, sorteren en het in- en uitpakken van goederen. Soms leg je zendingen op de transportband, soms help je mee met het verwerken richting voertuigen. Je houdt het tempo erin, maar je werkt ook netjes, want alles moet goed geregistreerd worden en op de juiste plek belanden. Je werkt in een 3 ploegendienst. De ene week draai je de dienst van 14:30 tot 23:00 of een week van 17:30 tot 01:00 en de andere week werk je van 23:00 tot 07:00. Werk je na 21:00 uur, dan krijg je 30 procent ploegentoeslag. Je werkt 40 uur per week en je weekenden zijn vrij, waardoor je echt vaste vrije dagen hebt. Ook ben je vrij op nationale feestdagen en die dagen worden doorbetaald, dus dat is mooi meegenomen. De sfeer is gezellig en persoonlijk. Je start je dienst met een informeel koffiemoment met collega's en er is dagelijks een opstart waarin jullie het volume doornemen en bespreken welke klanten die dag verwerkt worden. Daardoor weet je precies wat er speelt en waar je op moet letten. Je werkt met vaste collega's in een team en na je inwerkperiode ga je steeds zelfstandiger werken. In de eerste maanden word je goed ingewerkt en leer je het warehouse kennen, zodat je daarna zelfstandig je taken kunt oppakken. Als handler sta je er niet alleen voor, want je kunt altijd terugvallen op collega's als je even wilt sparren.
