Met 25+ clubs bouwen wij aan de grootste padelcommunity én brengen we padel naar een hoger niveau - op én naast de baan. Onze ambitie reikt tot over de landsgrenzen; de eerste 4 clubs in Duitsland zijn inmiddels geopend en er wordt ingezet op een flinke groei. Werken bij Peakz Padel is meer dan alleen een baan waar iedereen jaloers op is. Je wordt onderdeel van een team dat keihard werkt om padel op de Olympische Spelen van 2032 te krijgen! Op al onze clubs vinden te gekke events plaats! Denk aan netwerkevents voor grote bedrijven, teambuildingactiviteiten of familiedagen in de vorm van toernooien etc. Al deze activiteiten brengen natuurlijk ook commerciële afspraken met zich mee. Om ervoor te zorgen dat deze afspraken goed worden vastgelegd, gecontroleerd en vertaald naar een juiste factuur, zijn wij op zoek naar een hands-on Administratief medewerker Events & Partnerships voor op ons kantoor in Amsterdam . Functieomschrijving Als Administratief medewerker Events & Partnerships ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verkoopfacturatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat facturen juist, volledig en op tijd de deur uitgaan. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen het verwerken van facturen. Je duikt in de commerciële afspraken en controleert of wat er met de klant is afgesproken ook daadwerkelijk correct wordt gefactureerd. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met onder andere debiteurenbeheer, terugbetalingen, nacalculaties en administratieve werkzaamheden rondom Duitsland. Je signaleert afwijkingen, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie klopt en niets tussen wal en schip valt. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken & versturen van verkoopfacturen - voor o.a. events, vaste banen, onderwijs en partnerships; - Commerciële afspraken controleren - kloppen de tarieven, kortingen en factuurgegevens?
