Wil je automatisatie niet vanop afstand opvolgen, maar zelf mee op de werkvloer staan en impact maken op bestaande installaties? Dan hebben wij een job voor jou in petto.

In regio Kortrijk kom je terecht in een West-Vlaamse KMO binnen de voedingsindustrie waar technologie en productie nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Deze producent staat bekend om zijn kwalitatieve, vaak seizoensgebonden producten en werkt nauw samen met lokale landbouwers.

Door continu te investeren in de optimalisatie van processen en installaties bouwen ze verder aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte productieomgeving. Om die automatisatie nog sterker intern te verankeren, kiezen ze er bewust voor om extra expertise inhouse te halen.

Je komt dus terecht in een rol waarin je niet vanop afstand stuurt, maar zelf analyseert, optimaliseert en bijstuurt, en dat rechtstreeks op de werkvloer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Automatisatie Ingenieur neem je de automatisatie op de verpakkingsafdeling in handen en bouw je die verder uit
  • Je past PLC-programma’s aan van bestaande machines waar nodig
  • Bij storingen duik je in PLC- en HMI-systemen om snel de oorzaak te vinden en techniekers gericht verder te helpen
  • HMI-schermen maak je gebruiksvriendelijker en je breidt ze uit waar nodig
  • Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen aan bestaande lijnen om ze efficiënter en betrouwbaarder te maken
  • Een bachelor of master in automatisatie, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting vormt jouw basis
  • Dankzij je ervaring binnen automatisatie in een productieomgeving (idealiter een 5-tal jaar) ben je snel mee in de werking
  • Kennis van Siemens S7, Rockwell Automation en Ignition is mooi meegenomen, net als vlot Nederlands en een basis Frans
