Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Hands-on Event Coördinator/Sitemanager voor hun site aan de Universiteit Hasselt.

Met zo'n 300 medewerkers in heel België streven ze naar een foodbeleving die een lach tovert op het gezicht van elke bezoeker.

Als drijvende kracht achter de evenementen op de Universiteit Hasselt combineer jij organisatorisch talent met een praktische hands-on aanpak.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er zo uit:

Event Coördinatie (70% administratief):

  • Je organiseert en coördineert uiteenlopende events van A tot Z: koffiebreaks, lunches, walking diners, recepties en proclamaties
  • Je stelt offertes op, volgt deze nauwgezet op en vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar een geslaagd evenement
  • Je bewaart een strakke planning en zorgt ervoor dat alle evenementen efficiënt en volgens afspraak verlopen
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten, beheert het mailverkeer en zorgt voor professionele klantenservice
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging: personeelsadministratie, stocktellingen en opvolging van de foodcost

Operationeel (30% terrein):

  • Je springt operationeel bij tijdens events en zorgt dat alles vlot, kwaliteitsvol en volgens planning verloopt
  • Je biedt logistieke ondersteuning bij de op- en afbouw van evenementen
  • Je houdt toezicht op de dagelijkse werking van het restaurantgedeelte
  • Je faciliteert teammeetings en zorgt voor duidelijke briefings met het team

Wat zoeken we?

  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je kan zelfstandig events organiseren en coördineren
  • Je bent hands-on en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken is voor jou geen probleem
  • Klantgerichte en vriendelijke houding
  • Oog voor detail – je verzorgt alles tot in de puntjes
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en vlot in het Engels
  • Je bent bereid om een 2-tal weekenddagen per maand te werken
