Robert Half is op zoek naar een Handson Finance Manager België (M/V/X) - Regio Antwerpen.

Onze klant is een financieel gezonde en internationaal ondersteunde organisatie die actief is in een gespecialiseerde markt met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, dienstverlening en verdere groei.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Controller (M/V/X):

  • Ondersteunen van de CEO bij financiële controlling, budgettering, forecasting en managementrapportering.
  • Optimaliseren, stroomlijnen en op elkaar afstemmen van administratieve processen binnen de organisatie.
  • Ontwikkelen en opvolgen van KPI's, rapporteringen en dashboards.
  • Fungeren als spilfiguur tussen verschillende afdelingen om processen en samenwerking te optimaliseren .
  • Opstellen van ad-hoc analyses rond omzetgroei, rendabiliteit en kostenbeheersing.
  • Opstellen en analyseren van maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen voor management en aandeelhouders.
  • Opvolgen van budgetten, forecasts en cashflowprognoses.
  • Analyseren van omzet, marges, kostenstructuur en winstgevendheid per afdeling, klant en productgroep.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budget en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen.
  • Initiëren en implementeren van verbeterprojecten die bijdragen aan efficiëntie, kwaliteit en groei.
  • Uitvoeren van business analyses ter ondersteuning van operationele en strategische beslissingen.
  • Ondersteunen van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen in samenwerking met de boekhouding.
  • Voorbereiden van auditdossiers en contacten onderhouden met externe auditors.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Handelsingenieur, TEW of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar verandering, optimalisatie en initiatief centraal staan.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van Excel en je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen .
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt maar geen breekpunt.
