Voor een warm familiebedrijf rond Gent, dat al enkele generaties lang garant staat voor vakmanschap in de wereld van HVAC en sanitaire installaties, zoeken we een meewerkende ploegbaas voor de montage van nieuwe installaties in openbare gebouwen. Hier draait alles rond kwaliteit, maatwerk en klanttevredenheid. Geen bandwerk, maar projecten om trots op te zijn, die tot in de puntjes zijn uitgewerkt.

Samen met je collega’s werk je aan het volledige traject: van plaatsing tot onderhoud van nieuwe HVAC & sanitaire installaties in o.a. scholen, woonzorgcentra en sporthallen. Je komt terecht in een vaste montageploeg van 2 à 3 collega's, met een duidelijke missie: elke dag opnieuw het verschil maken voor de klant. Bovendien hoef je geen verre verplaatsingen te doen: de werven situeren zich hoofdzakelijk in de ruime regio rond Gent.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als meewerkend ploegbaas behoud jij het overzicht over de planning en technische documenten
  • Je verdeelt het werk op een duidelijke manier binnen je ploeg en werkt zelf mee aan de installatie waar nodig
  • Zelf blijf je hands on door in te springen waar nodig
  • Ook bestel je zelfstandig het nodige materiaal, in overleg met je eigen ploegbaas en de projectleider
  • Je houdt een nauwkeurige administratie bij van het uitgevoerde werk en het gebruikte materiaal
  • In geval van problemen of veranderingen stem je verder af met de projectleider en werfleiding en geef je wijzigingen correct door aan de tekenaar of werkvoorbereider
  • Samen vertrekken om 6u30 met je ploeg richting werf zorgt voor een vlotte en stressvrije start van je werkdag
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als monteur van HVAC & sanitaire installaties in de utiliteitsbouw
  • Ook ben je een geboren ploegleider die kan motiveren én zelf meewerkt waar nodig
  • Planlezen en ruimtelijk inzicht vormen voor jou geen probleem
