Zij helpen organisaties om de stem van de klant te vertalen naar concrete acties. Dit doen zij o.a. met gedreven consultants, diverse online onderzoekmethodes, UX en klantenpanels etc. Zo wordt de klant gehoord en customer journeys, apps, merken en concepten geoptimaliseerd. Functieomschrijving Hands on Product Lead In deze rol combineer je twee functies: je bent zowel Senior Research Consultant als inhoudelijk Product Lead binnen kwalitatief onderzoek. Een veelzijdige rol waarin je niet alleen klanten adviseert, maar ook actief bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van deze vorm van onderzoek voor dit bureau en haar opdrachtgevers. Als Research Consultant ben jij van begin tot het eind verantwoordelijk voor kwalitatieve onderzoeksprojecten. Je bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties, ontwikkelt impactvolle inzichten en helpt organisaties écht vooruit. - Je ontwikkelt onderscheidende voorstellen en wint nieuwe opdrachten - Je ontwerpt en voert kwalitatief onderzoek uit (online én face-to-face) - Je vertaalt onderzoeksresultaten naar scherpe, impactvolle inzichten - Je presenteert bevindingen op een manier die blijft hangen - Je begeleidt workshops waarin klanten direct met inzichten aan de slag gaan - Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties op en bent een strategische sparringpartner - Je coacht collega's en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team Naast je rol als Research Consultant ben jij kartrekker van ons kwalitatieve onderzoeksaanbod. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze visie, proposities en methodieken.
