VIVALDIS OFFICE is op zoek naar een Hands-on technical sales advisor (passie voor fietsen + handig)

  • Senior: je bent op termijn verantwoordelijk voor reilen en zeilen in de winkel (winkelmanager)
  • Alleen werken schrikt je niet af, aangezien je geen team onder je hebt
  • Zaterdagwerk
  • Combo met verkoop, advies en handen uit de mouwen steken - fietsherstellingen

Als Sales Advisor, shop manager... zal jij instaan voor:

  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met innovatie in onze sector te maken heeft voor particuliere klanten of business klanten.
  • Bovendien word je expert en ook raadgever op vlak van fiscaliteit.
  • Je bouwt een langdurige relatie op met de klanten van eerste contact tot aflevering!
  • Je ontvangt de bezoekers in de toonzaal.
  • Je volgt leads op.
  • het opvolgen van lopende offertes en verkoopprocessen.
  • Je bent commercieel, hebt een luisterend oor voor de noden en wensen van de klanten en begeleidt hen door het ganse proces van aankoop tot ophaling.
  • Hands- on + technische capaciteiten om e-bikes te herstellen en te onderhouden wanneer nodig. = een werkplaats met fietslift en de nodige werkbanken en gereedschappen.
  • Je staat in voor het algemene beheer van de shop. Hiertoe behoren taken zoals het organiseren en beheren van je magazijn met onderdelen en accessoires, het beheer van de demo-fietsen waar klanten dagelijks mee kunnen testrijden en het klaarmaken van fietsen
  • Zaterdagwerk!
  • Je hebt een passie voor fietsen.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd VB. automechanica, fietshersteller, sleutelen aan brommers ,... en bent bereid om jezelf verder te verdiepen in herstelling en onderhoud van e-bikes
  • Je bent flexibel en kan werken op zaterdag.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en houdt ervan contact met mensen te hebben en deze contacten te onderhouden.
  • Je hebt zin voor orde in jouw werk.
  • Administratie van verkoopsdossier tot financiering, leasing schrikt je niet af
