Werk 38 tot 40 uur per week, start met koffie op kantoor en ga met je team aan de slag op renovatieprojecten door heel Nederland. Functieomschrijving Als handsloper in Apeldoorn werk je in een team van 5 tot 10 collega's aan verschillende renovatieprojecten door heel Nederland. Elke dag start je als handsloper samen op kantoor met een bak koffie. Daarna laad je de werkbus in met materialen en gereedschap en vertrek je alleen of met een collega naar de klus van de dag. Meestal werk je aan één project per dag. Soms vertrek je wat eerder van huis, maar dan ben je ook weer eerder klaar, waardoor je werkdag lekker overzichtelijk blijft. Je werkzaamheden als handsloper bestaan uit het handmatig slopen van muren, vloeren en andere bouwdelen op renovatieprojecten. Je werkt netjes en veilig en je houdt je aan de werkinstructies op locatie. Je zorgt dat de werkplek opgeruimd blijft en je helpt collega's waar nodig, zodat jullie samen goed tempo maken. Na een goede inwerkperiode is het mogelijk om een eigen bus mee naar huis te nemen voor woon werkverkeer, waardoor je nog makkelijker op pad kunt. Je krijgt bij ons ook ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je kunt je VCA certificaat via ons behalen en als je stappen wilt maken kun je doorgroeien naar DAV (deskundig asbest verwijderaar). Dat traject duurt ongeveer een jaar. De sfeer is informeel en collegiaal. Elke vrijdagmiddag sluiten jullie de week af met een gezamenlijke borrel. Daarnaast heb je 26 vakantiedagen, ben je vrij op je eigen verjaardag en kun je rekenen op een eindejaarsuitkering van 5% als je op 31 december minimaal 6 maanden in dienst bent.
