Deine Aufgaben

* Du berätst Kund_innen mit deinem Expertenwissen und begeisterst sie für unsere Produkte und Services.

* Erstanmeldungen, Vertragsverlängerungen und Tarifwechsel führst du eigenständig durch.

* Reklamationen und Spezialwünschen begegnest du mit souveräner Lösungskompetenz.

* Lieferungen neuer Produkte nimmst du verlässlich entgegen und setzt sie im Geschäft gekonnt in Szene.
