Als Handyman Bouw & Onderhoud in Den Hoorn krijg je precies die vrijheid. Je bent veel onderweg, werkt op verschillende locaties en zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen netjes, veilig en goed bruikbaar blijven. De ene dag herstel je een beschadigde wand of deur, de volgende dag vervang je hang- en sluitwerk of los je een bouwkundig probleem op waar een klant al een tijdje tegenaan loopt. Geen wekenlang dezelfde klus en geen vaste bouwplaats waar je maanden staat. Je krijgt je eigen servicebus, goed gereedschap en de verantwoordelijkheid om veel werkzaamheden zelfstandig op te pakken. Wat ga je doen? Je start vanuit Den Hoorn en gaat vanuit daar op pad naar verschillende klanten en locaties. Op locatie bekijk je wat er aan de hand is. Vaak kun je het probleem direct oplossen. Is er meer nodig? Dan stem je dit af met de onderhoudscoördinator en zorg je dat het vervolg goed wordt geregeld. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - uitvoeren van bouwkundig onderhoud en reparaties; - herstellen van deuren, kozijnen, wanden, plafonds en vloeren; - vervangen en afstellen van sloten, cilinders en ander hang- en sluitwerk; - uitvoeren van kleinere verbouwingen; - oplossen van bouwkundige storingen; - signaleren van extra werkzaamheden op locatie; - overleggen met klanten over wat er moet gebeuren; - bepalen welke materialen en werkzaamheden nodig zijn; - digitaal verwerken van werkbonnen via een iPad; - netjes achterlaten van de werkplek; - zorgen dat een probleem waar mogelijk tijdens het eerste bezoek wordt opgelost.
