Voor een bedrijf in Rumst zijn we op zoek naar een handige Harry die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de goede werking binnen het bedrijf.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse operations. Je detecteert problemen, grijpt snel en doordacht in en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw voornaamste taken:

- Je voert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit; - Je voert regelmatige controlerondes uit en neemt waar nodig preventieve onderhoudsacties; - Je detecteert defecten en storingen, analyseert de oorzaak en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing; - Je voert waar mogelijk quick fixes uit en rapporteert werkzaamheden en bevindingen correct; - Je volgt wettelijke en operationele verplichtingen op, zoals legionellacontroles en meterstanden; - Je voert Laatste Minuut Risico Analyses (LMRA) uit; - Je begeleidt externe contractors en volgt hun werkzaamheden op; - Je bewaakt de voorraad en zorgt tijdig voor bestellingen; - Je ondersteunt het team van rekhuisherstellers wanneer nodig. - Vaardigheden: Kunnen samenwerken met verschillende departementen; Goed zijn in planning en opvolging; Veiligheid op de eerste plaats zetten; Out-of-the-box kunnen denken; Communicatieve vaardigheden.

- Attesten: Geschikte gezondheidsbeoordeling voor veiligheidsfunctie Houder zijn van onderstaande is een pluspunt: - Certificaat heftruck, reach en schaarlift; LOTO en BA4. - VCA VOL certificaat

- Opleidingsvereisten: Technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Vakkennis: Eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

- Talenkennis: Nederlands; Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
