Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de facilitaire en technische dienstverlening zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Coördinator / Handyman Supervisor.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van een team handymannen en zorg je ervoor dat technische opdrachten efficiënt, kwaliteitsvol en klantgericht worden uitgevoerd. Je combineert sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met technische affiniteit en commerciële flair.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team handymannen.
  • Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse planning.
  • Technische problemen analyseren en samen met de teams gepaste oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Regelmatig werf- en klantenbezoeken uitvoeren voor de opvolging van lopende projecten.
  • Offertes opmaken en opvolgen.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van interventie- en werkrapporten.
  • Waken over kwaliteit, deadlines en klanttevredenheid.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en medewerkers.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en meedenken met de klant.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte administratieve en operationele opvolging van de dossiers.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische of coördinerende functie.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent sterk met cijfers en hebt inzicht in budgetten, calculaties en offertes.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en communiceert vlot met klanten.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op werven en voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving.
