Mission

Vous êtes responsable du service Hard RH et vous supervisez les cellules suivantes :

  • Gestion du Payroll et des pensions
  • Gestion des prestations

Activités principales

  • Informer la hiérarchie et faire des recommandations.
  • Appliquer les lois et réglementations relatives au domaine RH.
  • Gérer les relations avec les services internes et externes.
  • Se tenir informé des évolutions législatives en matière de législation sociale et partager ces informations avec la direction et les membres du personnel.
  • Etablir les projets de budget de l'ensemble du personnel communal et du CPAS et contrôler l'évolution du budget définitif.
  • Encadrer et faire progresser l'équipe tout en favorisant un environnement de travail harmonieux et un esprit d'équipe propice à l'accomplissement des objectifs.

Activités complémentaires

  • Veiller au développement de ses collaborateurs directs, à travers notamment la mise en place d'un parcours de formation individualisé.
  • Evaluer les performances de l'équipe et de chacun des collaborateurs par le biais du système d'évaluation et assurer le reporting auprès de sa hiérarchie.
  • Accompagner ses collaborateurs dans leurs activités et les difficultés qu'ils peuvent rencontrer.
  • Observer la situation de son équipe, dégager et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action adéquats pour son développement.
  • Gérer les prestations de son personnel (congés, présences, absences).
  • Vous gérez le budget alloué à votre service et assurez la bonne compréhension et le suivi des procédures financières.
  • Assurer le respect des bonnes pratiques de gestion, l'efficacité et la qualité du travail fourni par l'équipe.

  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de la législation sociale et savez gérer vos dossiers avec la discrétion et la confidentialité requise.
  • Vous maîtrisez les programmes informatiques de base de type Word, Outlook.
  • Vous avez une connaissance approfondie d'Excel.
