The posting

Bij een technisch projectgerichte organisatie in de industriële automatisering vertaal je klantwensen naar elektrotechnische ontwerpen voor industriële installaties. Als Hardware Engineer ontwerp en teken je elektrische installaties en complete besturingsinstallaties. Je maakt technische keuzes inzichtelijk, werkt besturingsschema’s uit en zorgt dat berekeningen en documentatie aansluiten op het ontwerp. Je werkt op locatie bij de klant of vanuit een kantoor, met Amersfoort als uitvalsbasis voor deze functie. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je zelfstandig engineeringswerk af met technische afstemming met klanten en betrokken engineers. Je analyseert bestaande documentatie, verwerkt wijzigingen en controleert wat deze betekenen voor bekabeling, warmteontwikkeling en de opbouw van besturingskasten. Ook werk je aan standaard hardwareoplossingen. Zo verdiep je je in complete besturingsinstallaties en ontwikkel je je verder in onderbouwd, consistent en praktisch uitvoerbaar ontwerpen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen en tekenen van elektrische installaties en industriële besturingsinstallaties - Opstellen, analyseren en reviseren van technische documentatie en besturingsdocumentatie - Maken van calculaties, warmteberekeningen en kabelberekeningen - Uitwerken van besturingstekeningen en verwerken van wijzigingen en revisies - Engineeren van complete besturingsinstallaties vanuit de klantvraag - Definiëren en beheren van standaard hardwareoplossingen Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het zelfstandig ontwerpen van elektrotechnische installaties en industriële besturingen - Vaardigheid met elektrotechnische CAD-software voor schema’s en revisietekeningen - Inzicht in componentselectie, kabeldimensionering en warmteontwikkeling in besturingskasten - Een nauwkeurige werkwijze en het vermogen om technische keuzes met klanten en engineers af te stemmen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tus.
