Een team met een missie

mo-vis is een klein, dynamisch bedrijf gelokaliseerd in Nevele. Wij ontwikkelen, produceren en commercialiseren medische hulpmiddelen voor gebruikers van elektrische rolstoelen, zoals joysticks en andere alternatieve besturingen (bv. Hoofdbesturing, kinbesturing...). Ons doel is om de zelfstandigheid en levenskwaliteit van mensen met motorische beperkingen te optimaliseren met behulp van innovatieve, praktische oplossingen. We werken in een nichesegment, waardoor onze producten zeer internationaal gebruikt worden.

Wij zoeken nu een hardware ingenieur die hands-on meewerkt aan het verbeteren, vernieuwen en uitbreiden van ons productportfolio. Hoe kunnen we onze bestaande producten verbeteren op basis van feedback? Wat mist er nog in ons gamma om de zelfstandigheid van de rolstoelgebruiker verder te optimaliseren?

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Ontwerpen van nieuwe producten en elektronische systemen in een multidisciplinair team
  • Je bent betrokken in het ontwikkeltraject van concept tot afgewerkt product
  • Hardware ownership: Ontwerp en analyse van digitale, analoge en/of RF elektronische circuits Schematisch design en PCB ontwikkeling Component selectie met aandacht voor beschikbaarheid, kost, betrouwbaarheid & lifecycle Prototyping, board bring-up, debuggen en verificatie EMC, Signal and Power Integrity analyse en testing Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie, verificatierapporten Ondersteunen van certificatie, industrialisatie en productie Onderhouden en verbeteren van bestaande producten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je wil graag werken in een dynamische omgeving aan producten die een maatschappelijke meerwaarde hebben.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektronica, embedded systems, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met minstens drie jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je komt terecht in een klein bedrijf, waar een hands-on mentaliteit noodzakelijk is. Je gaat zelfstandig aan de slag en werkt zelf zoveel mogelijk uit op een praktische manier.

Vereiste kennis en ervaring

  • Sterke kennis van schematische analyse en PCB design
  • Ervaring met digitale, analoge en/of RF elektronica
  • Goeie kennis van EMC, Signal & Power Integrity
  • Vertrouwdheid met meetapparatuur zoals oscilloscopen, logic analyzers en multimeters
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

Pluspunten

  • Kennis van EN 12184, EN 12182 of relevante EMC- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Ervaring met medische hulpmiddelen of andere gereguleerde producten.
  • Ervaring met Altium Designer.
  • Kennis van embedded firmware, microcontrollers, C/C++ en communicatieprotocollen.
