Zorgkundige gezocht – met een warm hart én zin om het verschil te maken

Als zorgkundige doe je zoveel meer dan verzorgen. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht, een luisterend oor, iemand die bewoners kent en merkt wanneer er iets anders is dan anders. Soms maak je het verschil met goede zorg, soms gewoon met een glimlach, een grapje of vijf minuten echte aandacht.

Wat ga je doen?

Als zorgkundige sta je dicht bij onze bewoners en maak je mee het verschil in hun dagelijkse leven.

  • Je helpt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor hun comfort, zelfstandigheid en welzijn.
  • Je kijkt verder dan alleen de zorgtaak: je ziet de mens achter de bewoner.
  • Je merkt kleine veranderingen op en deelt die met je collega’s.
  • Je werkt samen met verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen en andere disciplines.
  • Je draagt mee bij aan een warme, huiselijke sfeer waarin bewoners zich thuis kunnen voelen.
  • En ja: een babbeltje, samen lachen of even tijd maken hoort voor ons óók bij goede zorg.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met mensen werkt en zorg draagt alsof het ertoe doet.

Je hebt een diploma zorgkundige en een geldig visum. Daarnaast vinden we het belangrijk dat je:

  • warm en respectvol met bewoners en familie omgaat;
  • graag samenwerkt en je collega’s helpt waar nodig;
  • verantwoordelijkheid neemt;
  • oog hebt voor wat bewoners nodig hebben;
  • met een positieve houding mee wil bouwen aan een fijne werkplek.

Je hoeft niet elke dag perfect te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die betrokken is, wil bijleren en samen met collega's goede zorg wil bieden.
