Das Bildungshaus Schloss Puchberg bietet seinen Gästen Momente der Begegnung und der Stille in einem besonderen Ambiente. Das umfangreiche Veranstaltungsangebot umfasst Seminare zu einer Vielzahl von Themen, die sich mit den aktuellen Interessen und Lebensfragen der Menschen befassen. Das Bildungshaus umfasst 18 Seminarräume, Rezeption, Gastronomie, 3 Speisesäle und 98 Gästezimmer mit 156 Betten. Jährlich werden ca. 1.800 Veranstaltungen mit über 50.000 Gästen durchgeführt.

Teilzeit: 18,75 Wochenstunden. / 50 %

Ihre Aufgaben

* Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten im Seminar- und Gästehaus

* Pflege des Gartens und des Parks

* Überwachung der haustechnischen Anlagen (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Lüftung ...)

* Auf- und Abbau sowie Betreuung der Seminar- und Streamingtechnik (Bild, Ton und Licht)

* Sorge um Brandschutz, Gebäudesicherheit und Energieeffizienz

Das bringen Sie mit

* Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Multi-Tasking- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Seminartechnik von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kund:innenorientierung, Freude an der Dienstleistung am Gast

* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten je nach Veranstaltungen, fallweise auch an Abenden oder Wochenenden

* Identifikation mit der Katholischen Kirche

Gehalt und Vertrag

min. € 2.742,00 brutto mtl. (G3) bei 100 % Anstellung

Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag der Diözese Linz. Ein höheres Gehalt steht beim Nachweis von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten zu. Bei Neuanstellungen wird das Dienstverhältnis standardmäßig zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet. Im Zuge von strukturellen Veränderungen kann es zu Anpassungen der Aufgaben kommen.
