Für unser Team in Hörsching suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen und engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Zusatzfunktion als Brandschutzbeauftragter und Sprinklerwart. 1 Hausbetreuer / Hausbesorger (m/w/d) In dieser Position sind Sie für die Betreuung, Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Gebäude sowie der Außenanlagen

verantwortlich und unterstützen zusätzlich die Umsetzung und Einhaltung betrieblicher Brandschutzmaßnahmen

Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung, Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Gebäude und Außenanlagen

* Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle von Beleuchtung, Türen, Toranlagen sowie sanitären Einrichtungen

* Überwachung der technischen Anlagen und Meldung von Störungen

* Reinigung und Sauberhaltung der Außenbereiche inklusive Grünpflege

* Unterstützung bei internen Transport- und Umbauarbeiten

* Durchführung von Botendiensten und Besorgungsfahrten

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild des Standortes

Ihr Profil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung

* Ausbildung als Brandschutzbeauftragte_r und Sprinklerwart_in oder Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung

* Selbstständige, und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Staplerschein bzw. Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
