Näher am Menschen

* Instandhaltung, Wartung und Pflege der gesamten technischen Anlagen innerhalb und außerhalb der Einrichtung gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Anforderungen. Überwachung der Wartungstermine sowie Koordination und Kontrolle externer Fachfirmen

* Sicherstellung eines energie- und ressourcenschonenden Betriebs der Anlagen, Reparatur-, Sanierungs- und Wartungsarbeiten (Aus- und Umbau) im und außerhalb des Hauses. Selbständige Durchführung der täglichen Hausbetreuung. Kontrolle des Gebäudezustands, Erkennen von Mängeln und Einleiten geeigneter Maßnahmen. Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Die Kontrolle und Überwachung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Bestimmungen (z.B. Unfallverhütungsmaßnahmen inklusive Dokumentation)

* Laufende Dokumentation von Kontrollen, Wartungen, Reparaturen und Mängeln sowie Führung und Aktualisierung der entsprechenden Unterlagen

* Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit Lehrabschlussprüfung (vorzugsweise Elektriker:in o.Ä.)

* IT-Erfahrung

* Wünschenswert: Zusatzausbildungen, z.B. Brandschutzwart u.v.m.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Flexibel und Ruhepol, auch bei Veränderungen

* Empathisch und ehrliches Interesse am Menschen

* Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Handwerkliches Geschick und praktische Erfahrung in der Gebäudeinstandhaltung

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein hinsichtlich Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit und Gebäudesicherheit

Faire Bezahlung

* Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag SWÖ anzugeben. Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um EUR 2.676,40 brutto/Monat, bei facheinschlägigem Lehrabschluss, auf VZ-Basis/37 Std/Wo. Wir besprechen Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation gerne mit Ihnen im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs.
