Gesucht wird für einen gepflegten und diskreten Privathaushalt im Einzugsbereich von Murau (Österreich) eine erfahrene, vielseitige **Hausdame / Haushaltsmanager_in (m/w/d) **in Vollzeit (40 Stunden / Woche). Sie übernehmen die Organisation und Betreuung eines gehobenen Haushalts und sorgen dafür, dass sämtliche Abläufe jederzeit reibungslos funktionieren und der Haushalt ein gepflegtes, repräsentatives Erscheinungsbild bietet. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die eigenständige Organisation und Betreuung des gesamten Haushalts inklusive:

• Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem repräsentativen Gesamtzustand aller Räumlichkeiten

• Planung und Koordination der Haushalts- und Reinigungsabläufe

• Vorbereitung des Hauses für die Anwesenheit der Eigentümer und deren Gäste

• Organisation von Einkäufen und des weiteren Personals

• Betreuung und Vorbereitung bei Besuchen oder Aufenthalten der Familie

• Zusammenarbeit mit weiterem Haushaltspersonal

• Sicherstellung eines einwandfreien Gesamtzustandes der Liegenschaft während der Abwesenheit der Eigentümer

Während der Abwesenheit der Familie gilt: planbare und flexible Arbeitszeiten, während der Anwesenheit der Eigentümer (bis zu 10 Personen) ist eine sehr hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft erforderlich. Die Familie ist ca. 4 Monate im Jahr vor Ort.

Folgendes Profil ist erwünscht:

• Erfahrung als Hausdame, oder Haushälterin im gehobenen Hotel- oder Privathaushalt

• Sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen und hoher Qualitätsanspruch

• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Gepflegtes und repräsentatives Erscheinungsbild

• Absolute Diskretion und Verschwiegenheit

• Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
