Deine Talente im Einsatz!

* Operative Leitung des Housekeeping Teams

* Administrative Aufgaben der Position entsprechend (Einsatzplanung, Bestellungen, Feedbackgespräche, Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen, usw.)

* Du bist zuständig für die Sauberkeit der Hotelzimmer, der öffentlichen Bereiche, dem Wellnessbereich und der Mitarbeiter Wohnhäuser unter Einhaltung unserer hoteleigenen Standards und Qualitätsrichtlinien

* Du unterstützt auch operativ Deine Mitarbeiterinnen & Mitarbeiter bei diversen Reinigungsarbeiten

* Du organisierst die Einarbeitung neuer Team Members

* Du sensibilisierst Dein Team im Bezug auf den kostenbewussten Einsatz von Reinigungsmitteln

* Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für die externe Wäschereinigung und koordinierst diese auch

Dein Schlüssel zum Erfolg!

* Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen in vergleichbarer Position gesammelt

* Du besitzt Engagement, gepflegtes Auftreten und eine hohe Motivation

* Du hast Führungskompetenz und liebst es im Team voranzuschreiten

* Du bist körperlich belastbar und stressresistent

* Teamfähigkeit zeichnet Dich aus

* Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse über Hygienevorschriften und Reinigungsmittelkunde

* Du bist detailverliebt und hast Sinn für ansprechende Dekoration

* Du kannst problemlos in deutscher und englischer Sprache kommunizieren

* Pro forma erwähnen wir, dass wir ein Gehalt auf Basis des KV bezahlen (dieses liegt jedoch weit höher und sehr gerne berücksichtigen wir eine Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation)

* Gehalt ab 3200,00 brutto pro Monat

* 13. & 14. Monatsgehalt
