1 Hausdame (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unseren gesamten Housekeeping-Bereich und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass unsere Gäste den Jagdhof jeden Tag so erleben, wie wir ihn ihnen versprechen.

Dazu gehören insbesondere:

* Führung und Organisation deines Teams

* Erstellung und Koordination der Dienstpläne

* Urlaubsplanung und Organisation der personellen Besetzung

* Führung, Motivation und Einschulung der Mitarbeiter

* Regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen der Gästezimmer und Suiten

* Sicherstellung unserer hohen Sauberkeits- und Qualitätsstandards in allen öffentlichen Bereichen

* Organisation und Kontrolle von Wäsche, Wäscherei und Housekeeping-Lager

* Kontrolle und Organisation der Minibar

* Koordination notwendiger Bestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B-Bereich

* Abstimmung mit Rezeption, Haustechnik und den weiteren Abteilungen des Hotels

* Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen und Reklamationen sowie entsprechende interne Weitergabe und Dokumentation

* Laufende Optimierung von Abläufen und Standards innerhalb der Abteilung

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt klar auf Führung, Organisation und Qualitätskontrolle.

Du musst bei uns nicht täglich selbst Zimmer reinigen. Gleichzeitig suchen wir jemanden, der sich nicht zu schade ist, in besonderen Situationen mit anzupacken, wenn Unterstützung im Team notwendig ist.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung als Hausdame, stellvertretende Hausdame oder in einer vergleichbaren verantwortungsvollen Position im Housekeeping eines gehobenen Hotels.

Noch wichtiger sind uns aber deine Persönlichkeit und deine Arbeitsweise.

Du solltest:

* bereits Erfahrung im Housekeeping der gehobenen Hotellerie mitbringen

* Führungserfahrung haben oder bereit sein, echte Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen

* einen ausgeprägten Blick für Sauberkeit, Qualität und Details haben

* strukturiert und gut organisiert arbeiten

* Verantwortung übernehmen und Entscheidungen treffen können

* dein Team respektvoll, klar und verlässlich führen

* auch in intensiven Situationen den Überblick behalten

* Freude daran haben, Standards nicht nur einzuhalten, sondern weiterzuentwickeln

* gute Deutschkenntnisse mitbringen

* sicher auf Englisch kommunizieren können

Jemanden, der sein Team führen kann, ohne den Bezug zur täglichen Arbeit zu verlieren. Der klare Standards setzt, aber gleichzeitig weiß, dass gute Mitarbeiterführung Respekt, Kommunikation und Einfühlungsvermögen braucht.

Und jemanden, der versteht, dass echter Luxus oft in den Dingen steckt, die ein Gast gar nicht bewusst wahrnimmt.
