Deine Aufgaben bei uns Du bist die gute Seele und organisatorische Kraft unseres Housekeepings. Gemeinsam mit deinem bestens eingearbeiteten Stamm-Team und 3 unterstützenden Stellvertreterinnen sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Gäste jeden Tag ein perfekt gepflegtes Haus vorfinden - vom Naturparkzimmer über die öffentlichen Bereiche bis zu unserem Wellnessbereich.

* führst, motivierst und koordinierst unser rund 25-köpfiges Housekeeping-Team * organisierst die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe und Mitarbeitereinteilung * interessierst dich für moderne, ökologische Reinigungstechniken * sorgst für klare Strukturen und ein gutes Miteinander * kontrollierst Zimmer, öffentliche Bereiche und Wellnessbereich * hast unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards im Blick * arbeitest eng mit Rezeption, SPA, Haustechnik und den anderen Abteilungen zusammen * begleitest und schulst neue Mitarbeiter * entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns unsere Housekeeping-Standards weiter * achtest auf einen bewussten Umgang mit Reinigungsmitteln, Wasser, Energie und Materialien
