Ihr Fokus: Das Wohlergehen von Gästen und Mitarbeitenden. Sie unterstützen bei der Koordination und Führung der Abteilung Housekeeping. Außerdem kümmern Sie sich um:

- Durchführung von Bestellung und Lieferungen innerhalb der Housekeeping Abteilung - Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Reinigungskräften - Umsetzung der Motel One Housekeeping Standards sowie die Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen - Abteilungsübergreifende Einblicke in neue Tätigkeitsbereiche durch die Zusammenarbeit in unseren multikulturellen Teams

Qualifikationen

- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/ Gastronomie/ Reinigungsbereich oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg - Ein Auge fürs Detail, sowie für Sauberkeit und Ordnung - Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung - Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft abteilungsübergreifend zu unterstützen – Wir erreichen unsere Erfolge gemeinsam

Wir vergüten in Deutschland nach dem jeweils geltenden Tarifvertrag für das Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe des jeweiligen Bundeslandes, in Österreich nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag für alle Arbeitnehmer:innen im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe und in der Schweiz nach dem L-GAV (Landes-Gesamtarbeitsvertrag des Gastgewerbes).

Bei Vollzeit gilt die für die Position angegebene Vergütungsspanne brutto/Monat, zzgl. variabler Vergütungsanteile und Benefits. Die konkrete Einstiegsvergütung innerhalb dieser Spanne richtet sich nach objektiven Kriterien, insbesondere nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
