Als Hausdienstmitarbeiterin sind Sie eine wichtige Ansprechperson vor Ort und tragen dazu bei, dass Gebäude und technische Anlagen sicher und zuverlässig betrieben werden. Neben Kontroll- und Sicherungsaufgaben unterstützen Sie bei Veranstaltungen und stehen Studierenden, Mitarbeiterinnen, Kundinnen und Lieferantinnen serviceorientiert zur Seite. Die Tätigkeit bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit Einsätzen sowohl im Tag- als auch im Nachtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Überwachung technischer Anlagen

* Kontrollgänge

* Sperr- und Sicherungsdienste

* Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen

* Serviceleistungen für Studierende, Mitarbeiterinnen, Kundinnen und Lieferant*innen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Lehre eines Handwerks (insbesondere Haus- oder Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis wünschenswert

* MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)

* Freundlichkeit, ruhiges überlegtes Handeln und die Fähigkeit, sich auf außergewöhnliche Situationen rasch einzustellen

* Verlässlichkeit

* Teamfähigkeit

Unser Angebot

* Auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) und mindestens 3 Jahren anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten beträgt das monatliche Gehalt € 2.689,40 brutto (14 x pro Jahr, KV-Einstufung IIa, Regelstufe 1)
