Für unsere Seniorenresidenz in Grafendorf suchen wir ab sofort- 1 Hausmeister/in oder Haustechniker/in Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine verlässliche und handwerklich versierte Persönlichkeit, die durch ihren Einsatz zur Sicherheit, Funktionalität und zum reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Einrichtung beiträgt.

Wir bieten

* Dauerstelle

* Teilzeitstelle von 20 bis 30 Stunden pro Woche

* Das Mindestbruttomonatsgehalt beträgt € 2.500,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Std./Woche) zuzüglich variabler Zuschläge (z. B. Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge).

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird im persönlichen Gespräch entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Als Hausmeister_in sorgen Sie für die Instandhaltung, Sicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit unserer Einrichtung.

* Sie stellen sicher, dass Gebäude, Anlagen und technische Einrichtungenzuverlässig funktionieren und unterstützen damit den täglichen Betrieb sowie das Wohlbefinden unserer Bewohner_innen.

* Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit von Gebäuden, Anlagen und technischen Einrichtungen

* Kontrolle und Überwachung von technischen Anlagen (z. B. Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär)

* Koordination und Betreuung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksfirmen

* Pflege und Instandhaltung von Außenanlagen (z. B. Grünflächen, Wege)

* Unterstützung bei internen Umzügen, Transporten und organisatorischen Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sicherheit und Einhaltung technischer Vorschriften

Ihre Qualifikationen und Stärken

* Idealerweise handwerkliche Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Bereich

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag

* Führerschein Klasse B
