einer Hausmeisterin oder eines Hausmeisters (m/w/d) für das VERANSTALTUNGSZENTRUM forumKLOSTER

Sie zeichnen sich aus durch

º Eigenständige, gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

º ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent

º handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

Sie verfügen über

º abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Facharbeiterin oder Facharbeiter bzw. langjährige fachübergreifende Tätigkeit

º Führerschein der Klasse B

º Unbescholtenheit

º Ausbildung Brandschutzwart (von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung)

Wissenswertes

º Flexible Arbeitszeiten ohne fixe Dienstzeiten

º Arbeitszeiten teilweise in den Abendstunden sowie an Wochenenden

º zunächst auf acht Monate befristetes Dienstverhältnis

Wesentliche Aufgaben

º Auf- und Abbauarbeiten im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen im forumKLOSTER

º Durchführung von Umbau-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten

º Abend- und Veranstaltungsdienste sowie Betreuung des Veranstaltungsbetriebs vor Ort

º Betreuung und Sicherstellung des Veranstaltungsbetriebs vor Ort

º Allgemeine hausmeisterliche Tätigkeiten im Veranstaltungszentrum

Die Entlohnung beträgt monatlich mindestens € 2.700,00 brutto für 38,5 Wochenstunden (= Vollbeschäftigung)
