Was Sie mitbringen

* Berufserfahrung im handwerklichen oder technischen Bereich

* Abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung von Vorteil

* Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Handwerkliches Geschick und Freude am Anpacken

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im Team

* Führerschein Klasse B und eigenes Fahrzeug

Ihre Aufgaben - vielseitig & wichtig

* Kleine Malerarbeiten (Spachteln, Ausmalen, Ausbessern)

* Pflege von Grünflächen und Außenanlagen

* Kleinreparaturen und allgemeine Hauswartung

* Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und technischen Tätigkeiten

* Allgemeine Hilfsarbeiten an unseren Standorten

Arbeitszeiten

* Montag bis Freitag, 08:00-17:00 Uhr, Teilzeit nach Vereinbarung (flexible Stundenmodelle möglich)
