Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt in Vollzeit 1 Hausmeister_in / Instandhaltung Als Hausmeister sind Sie zuständig für die umfassende Pflege, kleine Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Sicherheit unseres Gebäudes (in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachfirmen).

Für diese verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben suchen wir eine/n verlässliche Person mit höflichen Umgangsformen.

Aufgaben

* Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten und Gebäudebetreuung

* Durchführung laufender Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle und Pflege der technischen Einrichtungen

* Überwachung und Behebung kleinerer Störungen

* Pflege und Instandhaltung der Außenanlagen

* Durchführung von Wartungs- und Kontrollarbeiten

* Koordination und Begleitung externer Handwerker und Dienstleister

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Gebäude

* fachgerechte Entsorgung von Papier und Karton

* Pflege und geringe Reinigung der Außenanlagen und allgemeiner kleinen Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder geschickter Alleskönner

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hausmeisterservice, Gebäudetechnik oder Instandhaltung von Vorteil

* hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* handwerklich geschickt und körperlich belastbar

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität

* Führerschein Klasse B und Privat PKW erforderlich / Klasse C von Vorteil

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse

Entgeltangaben des Unternehmens:

Die genaue Entlohnung und auch die genauen Arbeitszeiten werden in einem persönlichen Gespräch abgeklärt. Eine Überzahlung je nach Leistung ist vorgesehen.

Das Entgelt beträgt € 3.500 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung! Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Hausmeister_in / Instandhaltung beträgt 3.500,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
