Hausmeister_in / Haustechniker_in für das PRO-GE Erholungs & Bildungszentrum Krumpendorf am Wörthersee gesucht! 1 Hausmeister_in (m/w/x) Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden, ab sofort

Aufgaben:

* Betreuung und laufende Kontrolle der Gebäude und Außenanlagen

* Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Pflege und Betreuung der Grün- und Außenanlagen

* Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Aufräumarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich

* Überwachung der technischen Anlagen und Meldung von Störungen

* Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Betreuung der Anlage für Veranstaltungen und Gäste

* Allgemeine hausmeisterliche Tätigkeiten

Unsere Anforderungen / Ihre Kompetenzen:

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hausbetreuung, Haustechnik oder Instandhaltung von Vorteil

* Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsfähigkeit

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein B von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

Unser Angebot:

* Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einer gepflegten Anlage am Wörthersee

* Kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 38 Wochenstunden

* Beschäftigung vorerst ab sofort bis Ende November 2026

* Bei entsprechender Eignung ist eine Wiedereinstellung ab Februar 2027 möglich

* Genaue Arbeitszeiten und freie Tage nach Absprache

Entlohnung nach Kollektivvertrag, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung; Überzahlung möglich

Mindestentlohnung lt. Kollektivvertrag: Gelernte Fachkraft Brutto € 2999,10/Monat - Hilfskraft ungelernt Brutto € 2471,10/Monat.

Arbeitszeit:

* Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden

* Montag bis Sonntag

* Genaue Arbeitszeiten sowie freie Tage nach Absprache / laut Dienstplan

Dienstort:

* Krumpendorf am Wörthersee

Beschäftigungsbeginn:

* Ab sofort

Befristung:

* Vorerst bis Ende November 2026

* Wiedereinstellung ab Februar 2027 bei entsprechender Eignung möglich
