Deine Aufgaben:

* Inspektionsrundgänge und Gebäudeinnenreinigung

* Störungssuche und -beseitigung

* Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsbestimmungen

* Abfallentsorgung und Botengänge

* Winterdienst

Dein Profil:

* Gebäudetechnik-Kenntnisse

* Handwerklich und technisch geschickte/r Allrounder/in

* Eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* körperliche Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Kommunikation und Dokumentation
