Arbeitszeiten: Geregelte, fixe Arbeitszeiten

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und handwerklich geschickten Hausmeister (m/w/d), der die anfallenden Arbeiten im und rund um das Gebäude eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst erledigt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Allgemeine Hausmeister- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Reparaturen

* Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge im Gebäude und auf dem Außengelände

* Koordination und Begleitung externer Handwerks- und Wartungsfirmen

* Pflege und Sauberhaltung der Außenbereiche

* Winterdienst und saisonale Arbeiten

* Unterstützung bei internen Transport-, Aufbau- und Umstellarbeiten

Ihr Profil

* Handwerkliches Geschick

* Fähigkeiten als Maler, Fliesenleger sowie Bau von Vorteil

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Hausmeister in einem handwerklichen Beruf

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil
