Wir sind ein regionaler Betrieb für Hausbetreuung, Objektservice und Gebäudemanagement im Tiroler Unterland und suchen Verstärkung für unser Team 1 Hausmeister / Objektbetreuer (m/w/d) Arbeitsort: Kirchbichl - Einsatzgebiet Bezirk Kufstein

Beschäftigung: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Eintritt: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit handwerklichem Geschick und technischem Verständnis sind herzlich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Betreuung und Kontrolle von Wohnanlagen und Gewerbeobjekten

* Allgemeine Hausmeister- und Objektbetreuungsarbeiten

* Reinigungsarbeiten in Stiegenhäusern, Allgemeinflächen und Außenbereichen

* Grünflächenpflege und Gartenarbeiten

* Müllmanagement und Bereitstellung von Abfallbehältern

* Kleinreparaturen und einfache Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle technischer Einrichtungen sowie Meldung von Schäden und Mängeln

* Durchführung von Sonderarbeiten und Objektkontrollen

* Winterdienst mit unseren Winterdienstfahrzeugen und Geräten

* Bedienung von Geländewagen mit Schneepflug, Streugeräten, Schneefräsen und weiteren Arbeitsmaschinen

Ihr Profil

* Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich

* Führerschein Klasse BE (Anhänger) zwingend erforderlich

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Fahrzeugen, Maschinen und Arbeitsgeräten

* Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Bedienung unserer Winterdienstfahrzeuge und -geräte

* Bereitschaft zu Winterdiensteinsätzen, auch außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sinn für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und sorgfältiges Arbeiten

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Erfahrung im Hausmeisterservice, in der Gebäudebetreuung, Gebäudereinigung, Gartenpflege oder in einem handwerklichen bzw. technischen Beruf ist von Vorteil.
