Um unseren hohen Standard und den einwandfreien Zustand unseres Hauses zu garantieren, suchen wir einen engagierten und lösungsorientierten 1 Haustechniker / Allround-Handwerker (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Instandhaltung & Reparaturen: Eigenverantwortliche Behebung aller anfallenden technischen Defekte im gesamten Hotelbereich (Gästezimmer, öffentlichen Bereiche, Küche, Spa und Personalräume) - von der tropfenden Armatur bis zur Behebung komplexerer Störungen

* Wartung & Inspektion: Regelmäßige Überprüfung, Kontrolle und Pflege der technischen Anlagen (Sanitär, Elektrik, Heizung, Lüftung, Klimatechnik sowie Brandschutzeinrichtungen)

* Maler- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten: Kleine Schreiner-, Maler-, Verputz- und Fliesenarbeiten zur optischen Instandhaltung des Gebäudes

* Außenbereich & Sicherheit: Kontrolle und Pflege der Außenanlagen sowie Gewährleistung der allgemeinen Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards im Gebäude

* Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen: Betreuung, Einweisung und Abnahme von Arbeiten externer Dienstleister und Handwerksbetriebe

* Notfallmanagement: Schnelles und besonnenes Handeln bei unvorhergesehenen technischen Störungen

Ihr Profil:

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektriker, Installateur, Mechaniker, Schlosser) oder mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik / Facilymanagement (idealerweise in der Hotellerie)

* Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und ein breites technisches Verständnis über alle Gewerke hinweg

* Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch

* Auftreten: Freundliches, serviceorientiertes und diskretes Auftreten gegenüber unseren internationalen Gästen und Kollegen

* Sprachen: der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (gelegentliche Wochenend- oder Rufbereitschaftsdienste)
