im Rahmen eines 2-Schichtbetriebs: wochentags zwischen 07:00 und 19:00 Uhr, Bereitschaftsdienst am Wochenende

Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von einfachen infrastrukturellen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

* Kontrolle der Funktionalität und Einsatzfähigkeit von technischen Systemen

* Entstörung von leichten vor Ort behebbaren Schäden

* Terminkoordination und Beaufsichtigung der Tätigkeiten von Fremdfirmen

* Tätigkeiten im Sinne des vorbeugenden Brandschutzes

* Notbefreiungsmaßnahmen aus Aufzugsanlagen im Anlassfall

* Unterstützende Hilfstätigkeiten

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Erfahrung im Facility Management

* Ausbildung als Brandschutzbeauftragter oder Aufzugswart von Vorteil

* Sehr gute EDV und MS Office Kenntnisse

* Motivierte, engagierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität

* Führerschein B sowie eigener PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes

* Einwandfreier Leumund - keine gerichtlichen Verurteilungen!
