ROBINSON ist ein weltweit agierender Anbieter für Cluburlaube. Das Unternehmen ist eine 100% Tochter des TUI-Konzerns. Aktuell gibt es gesamt 23 Clubanlagen in 13 Ländern, in Österreich befinden sich 4 Betriebe.

Zur Unterstützung im ROBINSON Club Alpenrose Zürs suchen wir eine/n 1 Haustechniker/in Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Beschäftigung ab 01.10.2026 bis 30.04.2027

Diese Aufgaben erfüllst du voller Begeisterung:

* Verantwortung für die reibungslosen Abläufe in allen technischen Bereichen

* Organisation und Umsetzung der notwendigen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie Wartung

* Führung, Förderung und Einsatz der unterstellten Mitarbeiter_innen

* Sicherstellung der termingerechten Durchführung aller gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen wieder kehrenden Prüfungen und Beseitigung der festgestellten Mängel

* Budgeterstellung und Investitionsplanung, Überwachung und Kostenverantwortung

* regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Direktion sowie an die Fachabteilung im Headoffice

Du solltest dein ICH und Folgendes mitbringen:

+ abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (z.B. Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär- oder Elektrohandwerk)

+ Ausbildung im Bereich Feuerwehr & Brandschutz-beauftragte_r

+ Erfahrungen im Bereich Gebäudemanagement

+ gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC,MS-Office

+ Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
