Aufgaben:

* Wartung und Instandhaltung der gesamten Haustechnik

* Inspektion, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Haustechnik

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen

* Ausführen von Reparaturen und Installationen verschiedenster Art

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

* Koordination und Begleitung der Einsätze von Fremdunternehmen sowie die Abnahme der durchgeführten Leistungen

* Unterstützung bei Karrieremessen mit Tätigkeiten wie z. B. Messestandaufbau und -abbau

* Grünraumpflege, Schneeräumen und Zuständigkeit für Sauberkeit und Müllentsorgung am Grundstück

Qualifikationen:

* Berufsausbildung: abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung

* Erfahrung im Facility Management wünschenswert

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
