CERHA HEMPEL ist eine der führenden Wirtschaftskanzleien Österreichs mit integrierter Praxis in Mittel- und Osteuropa. Wir stellen unseren Mandant_innen Erfahrung und Expertise auf allen Gebieten des Wirtschaftsrechts in Österreich und an unseren Standorten in CEE zur Verfügung.

Wir suchen ab sofort im Ausmaß von 20 - 30 Wochenstunden eine motivierte Unterstützung im Bereich der Haustechnik für unsere Kanzlei in Wien. 1 Haustechniker_in (m/w/d) - Teilzeit Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des Haustechnikers bei einfachen Montage-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten in den Kanzleiräumlichkeiten

* Mithilfe bei internen Umzügen, Raumadaptierungen sowie beim Auf- und Abbau von Möbeln und bei Veranstaltungsvorbereitungen

* Kontrolle und Nachfüllung von Verbrauchsmaterialien (z. B. Kopierpapier) sowie allgemeine organisatorische Unterstützung im Haustechnikbereich

* Durchführung von Botenwegen und unterstützende Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung externer Dienstleister_innen

Unsere Anforderungen

* Must have: Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Fachschule, HTL) und/oder Lehre

* Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik, Instandhaltung oder einem handwerklichen Beruf

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Serviceorientierung, Diskretion sowie freundliches Auftreten

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens EUR 2.000,- (auf Vollzeitbasis) und wird gemäß Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation individuell vereinbart.
