Die FH Salzburg beschäftigt an ihren vier Standorten - Campus Urstein, Campus Kuchl, Campus Uniklinikum Salzburg, Campus Schwarzach - rund 450 Mitarbeiter*innen. In 19 Bachelor- und 16 Masterstudiengängen werden 3.400 Studierende in den Departments Angewandte Sozialwissenschaften, Business and Tourism, Creative Technologies, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Design and Green Engineering und Information Technologies and Digitalisation ausgebildet. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams schreiben wir für den Betrieb der FH-Gebäude in der Abteilung Infrastruktur & Organisation am Standort Urstein folgende Position aus: 3 Haustechniker_in mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik Aufgaben

* Instandhaltung und Wartung der Elektro- und Haustechnikanlagen an den Standorten Campus Urstein und Campus Kuchl gemeinsam mit dem FH-Infrastrukturteam

* Technische Betreuung von Umbau- und Instandhaltungsprojekten sowie Koordination externer Fachfirmen

* Periodische Überprüfung der technischen Anlagen

* Störungsbehebung sowie Durchführung von Erstmaßnahmen

* Überwachung der behördlichen Vorschriften für Elektro- und Haustechnikanlagen, Brandschutzeinrichtungen, Aufzüge

* Übernahme von Funktionen wie Brandschutzwärter*in oder Aufzugswärter*in (erforderliche Ausbildung wird ermöglicht)

Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Betriebselektrik oder Mechatronik

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Elektrotechniker*in, Haustechniker*in oder Servicetechniker*in

* Gute Computerkenntnisse (MS-Office), Erfahrung mit Gebäudeleittechniksystemen von Vorteil

* Führerschein B

* Der Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Freundliche, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit

* Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Einwandfreier Leumund
